Many affiliates faced the issue of Netent demo games not loading in the past couple of days. This was due to Netent releasing a redesign of their website where many people sourced their free-to-play slots and casino games from.
The old iframe code format looked something like this:
https://www.netent.com/games/slots/gonzos-quest/?fullscreen
This no longer works and your NetEnt game iframes are probably showing an error such as “game not found / 404 error” If you iframed the games via this URL format what you see now is Netent’s main website loading in the frame instead of the game.
To address the issue we have replaced the Netent game sources have in our database.
To fix the games on your website please click on import Netent demo games under the Import by Provider admin page to update the iframe sources from our database.
The games should update in a minute or so. If you use any caching plugin on your site you may need to purge its cache.
